Installation of Fire Alarm systems
Advanced Fire Protection has been carrying out fire alarm installations, both simple and complex, since 2009 and we pride ourselves on our expertly designed and installed Fire Alarms.
All Fire Alarms installed are fully compliant with the national standards authority of Ireland NSAI’s code of practice NSAI I.S. 3218:2013
We have extensive experience in all applications (design, supply, installation & commission) such as schools, office buildings, large commercial units, and residential apartment blocks, all completed to the highest standard. Our Fire Engineers are also fully qualified by trade.
Installation of Fire Alarm systems
Upon completion of any installed Fire Alarm system, there is the final commissioning stage, prior to the issue of the Certification. The commissioning stages of any fire alarm system are the most important aspect so as to ensure the full correct operation of the system. Advanced Fire Protection prides itself in this final process of commissioning both fire alarms installed by Advanced Fire Protection or a third party system, as can be sometimes the case. Advanced Fire Protection uses the latest software and latest hardware, in respect of configuring these systems. Need an independent fire risk assessment? No problem, we are experienced and qualified to undertake independent fire risk assessments and evaluation reports on fire and life safety projects.
Fire Safety Training Course
The course which meets the requirements of both the “1981 Fire Services Act” and “Regulation 9, of the Safety Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005”, will prepare staff for their role in fire safety in the workplace. As well as legislation, the course will cover a range of fire safety management-related topics as outlined below that are required under the 1981 Fire Services Act and related Regulations of the Safety Health
and Welfare at Work Act 2005.

Fire Extinguisher Training Course
Fire extinguishers should never be used by someone with no training. A person must be properly trained to use firefighting equipment. The reason for this is that it is important to know which type to use for the fire. This course is aimed at all managers, supervisors, or employees with responsibility for fire safety within an organisation.

Fire Warden Training Course
Section 11(1)(c) of the Safety, Health, and Welfare at Work Act 2005 states that the employer is required by law to have an acting Fire Warden designated to a workplace. The course is aimed at all managers, supervisors, or employees with responsibility for fire safety within an
organisation.
